The Objective

Scaramanga wanted to be able to create reporting dashboards that automatically update based on deals and financial information based on employees.

This would then allow the ability to unify reporting and remove as most manual data input and providing quality information as a dashboard on a month by month basis almost live.

Goldstar IT’s task was to ensure a smooth migration to Zoho One to allow the development of reporting dashboards that automatically update with deal and financial data tied to employees, minimising manual input and providing near real-time, high-quality monthly insights.

The Solution

To meet Scaramanga’s objectives and provide them with comprehensive insights into their operations, we implemented a detailed and structured solution leveraging Zoho Analytics, Zoho CRM and Zoho Books within the Zoho One subscription. Our approach included the following key steps:

  • Best Practices for Deal Module Updates
    We advised Scaramanga on best practices for the Deal module to ensure it is optimally configured for their reporting and data analysis needs and completed the changes required.
  • Zoho Analytics Integration & Data Cleanup
    – We connected All the required apps (CRM and Books) to Zoho Analytics and utilising SQL tables connected the data, creating a unified platform for reporting and analysis.
    – Performed a thorough cleanup of existing reports within the Workspace, eliminating outdated or irrelevant data and ensuring that only accurate, up-to-date information was available for analysis.
  • Zoho Analytics Reports Building and Training
    Built the required reports, Dashboard including widgets and then provided the training so that Scaramanga can then maintain their own reporting dashboard.
