Live Online training
We offer live online training sessions from the comfort of your own desk, be it at work or home. This format of training offers you a tutor-led experience on the device you will be using. Onsite training
Our trainers come to you, wherever you are in the country. This may be your usual place of work or if you have adopted home working, you can choose a central location that works best for you and your colleagues. Choose a time that fits best with you, your team and your business. It’s live, practical and hands-on. Our method ensures you are fully engaged with the tutor and the software and group sizes can be determined by team, role, or solution to best suit your needs.
One-to-One training
If you have individuals to train and they have specific business needs, we can design training tailored to them. Alternatively, you may have a delegate who isn’t ready for group training or somebody who wants to work at their individual pace. One-to-one sessions are person-centred and focused very much on how the individual will interact with the full solution. We can look at specific needs and focus the training session on these.
‘Train-The-Trainer’ training
Train-the-Trainer is a framework for training potential instructors or subject matter experts to enable them to train other people in their organisations. In other words: A group of employees receive a training program that focuses both on specific training content and on how to teach this training content to others. The expected outcome is that attendees learn the new knowledge or skill, and they will instruct further batches of people in the organisation.
Online Training Resources
We have an ever-growing library of training resources available covering general topics, or as refreshers for previous in-person training. These are in addition to the Zoho training resource library of ‘How-To’ videos and more. Additionally, clients can commission training videos specifically for on-boarding future staff and as internal refresher programmes for their own business needs.
