With a steadfast commitment to empowering businesses with valuable insights, Zoho aims to facilitate informed decision-making and drive overall success. In this update, we’ll explore the exciting new features introduced in our Zoho Analytics update June 2023.
ChatGPT Integration
Introducing the ChatGPT Integration, an exciting addition that streamlines intricate tasks such as query and formula writing in Zoho Analytics. With this integration, you can conveniently access public datasets without switching tabs, receive assistance in creating formulas and SQL queries, and even receive synonym suggestions for column names. Simplify your data analysis process and maximize productivity with the ChatGPT Integration in Zoho Analytics.
Advanced Analytics for Big Commerce
With Advanced Analytics for BigCommerce, small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) can unlock valuable insights into customer purchase trends and transaction history. This enables efficient inventory management and empowers personalised purchase experiences. By leveraging these benefits, SMBs can boost revenue, reduce costs, and create a competitive edge in the market.

Incremental fetch for databases
The incremental fetch feature in Zoho Analytics is particularly advantageous for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). It allows the import of only newly added records from databases, eliminating the need to fetch the entire dataset repeatedly. This capability is especially beneficial when working with large datasets, as it saves valuable time and streamlines data management processes for SMBs.

Notify Selected Users
For small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), the enhanced notification feature in Zoho Analytics provides significant benefits. In the event of continuous import failures, SMBs now have the option to inform all Workspace Admins, Organisation Admins, and Custom Users via email. This broader notification capability ensures that the relevant stakeholders are promptly notified, allowing for quicker troubleshooting and resolution, and minimising any potential disruptions to data import processes.
Emailing Views – CC Support
The addition of cc (carbon copy) functionality in Zoho Analytics brings valuable benefits to SMBs. Now, when emailing views, SMBs can easily include team members, clients, and partners in the loop by using the cc option. This ensures that relevant stakeholders are kept informed without overwhelming their inboxes or making them the primary recipients. It promotes effective collaboration, facilitates seamless communication, and allows for wider dissemination of important insights and reports within the organisation and beyond.

Explain Data – Zia Insights
The Explain Data – Zia Insights feature in Zoho Analytics offers valuable benefits for SMBs. By providing information related to selected data points in reports, it enables SMBs to easily identify significant changes or anomalies in their data. This empowers them to gain deeper insights, uncover hidden patterns, and make informed decisions based on a comprehensive understanding of their data. With Explain Data – Zia Insights, SMBs can quickly pinpoint trends, outliers, or areas of concern, allowing them to take proactive actions and optimise their business strategies for improved performance and results.
